Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. The role involves advising clients on business transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior partners and clients across varied industries, providing strategic legal guidance that supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documents.
- Advise clients on company law, regulatory compliance, and governance matters.
- Support due diligence and transactional documentation for M&A and joint ventures.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case opinions.
- Liaise with clients and external counsel as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law practice.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Membership with the Bar Council.
